A Prototype Newtype Mobile Suite that was based off the GINN and built by Asimov Design Bureau under designs from the "Meteor Axis" Newtype Development Team, it was intended as a Test Phase for the DRAGOON "Fangs" which were a System based off the idea for compact Remote Weapons (like the Gun-barrels of the Moebius Zero) except their design was used to create full sized DRAGOON Units, however the DRAGOON "Fangs" did surface again on the ZGMF-X09B Revenge Gundam.
