Is this Plagarism?

Excuse me, but Im kinda new here. My page Cosmic Century Timeline is meant to be a parallel timeline of the  Universal Century. It has some facts that are like the UC, but some of the facts are my own fiction. But is this considered plagarism?  RenegadeGunPlaJoE (talk) 13:20, December 31, 2012 (UTC)
