Setsuna F. Seiei is a supporting character in Mobile Suit Gundam: Emerald Chronicles. He is a Gundam Meister who comes to support the Emerald Tower Militaire in their need of help.

He makes his debut in Chapter 10 as the person responsible for forming a pact between Celestial Being and the Militarie, thus making the latter a branch of the former.
