A Major Character returning from Gundam Wing and Endless Waltz, formally piloted the XXXG-01SR Gundam Sandrock and its successor: the XXXG-01SR2 Gundam Sandrock Kai, he is currently under house arrest for slipping into top secret radical files in the Government.

Quatre is a youth and from first glance he seems to be the weakest of the Five Gundam Pilots however over the original Gundam Wing this seems to be a lot different to what many of the OZ Personnel believe, it takes a truly strong Newtype to despise fighting when a Newtype can so very easily consume the power of the enemies with their demise and Quatre seems to have trained himself to ignore the demise of his enemies, Quatre is kind and intelligent which his very intelligence gets him in trouble when his curiosity draws him to learning who or what he and the other Gundam Pilots truly are.
Physical Appearance
Unlike the form he took in Gundam Wing, Quatre has more loose cloths since he retired to the Middle East to do research on the Newtypes which eventually caught the attention of Preventer Agents, he wears colorful clothes to reflect the sunlight more easier than dark cloths and physically he has changed little other than growing taller.
